For subscription-based services (e.g., Knowledge Gym, AI Knowledge Assistant), you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee. After 14 days, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period following cancellation. You may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing cycle
3. Custom Development Services
Refunds for custom development services will only be provided if Blue Elephants Solutions fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables as outlined in the service agreement. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the agreed delivery date.
4. Consumer Products
If you are dissatisfied with the AI feedback or performance, please contact our support team at contact@blue-elephants-solutions.com within 14 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
