End-User License Agreement for Blue Elephants Solutions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Blue Elephants Solutions Pte. Ltd.! We’re offering innovative AI-powered tools and mobile learning solutions that personalize, enhance, and gamify both corporate and individual learning experiences. We believe in creating solutions that are practical and engaging.

This EULA applies to our products and services, including AI Job Interview Coach and AI Job Interview Coach Pro, among others.

2. License Grant
Blue Elephants Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software and services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.

3. Restrictions
You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the software.
  • Rent, lease, or sublicense the software.
  • Use the software in any unlawful manner or in violation of this EULA.

4. Termination
Blue Elephants Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access to the software and services if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and services and delete any copies.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The software and services, including updates or improvements, remains the exclusive property of Blue Elephants Solutions. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Elephants Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the software and services. In any event, Blue Elephants Solutions’ total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims relating to the use of the software and services shall not exceed the total amount of fees, if any, that you paid us during the twelve (12) months prior to the occurrence of the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution
These Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Consumer users may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms by sending an email to contact@blue-elephants-solutions.com with the subject line ‘Arbitration Agreement Opt-Out.’ Please include your full name and account details in the email.

8. Changes to This Agreement
We may modify the Services, Policies, Terms or Agreements at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and we recommend that you check back occasionally to stay informed of any changes. Changes will be communicated by updating the “Last Update” Date at the top of this document. Any significant changes will be communicated through a notice on our website or via email.
