Welcome to AI Job Interview Coach, a mobile application developed by Blue Elephants Solutions Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). a. Full Name: We collect your full name to address you personally in the App and during job interview trainings.
b. Email Address: Your email address is used for verification, sending login information, and password reset purposes.
c. Phone Number (Optional): In the future, we may use your phone number for verification or multi-factor authentication.
d. Encrypted Password: We require an encrypted password to ensure that only authorized users can access their accounts.
e. Chat Data: Chat data between you and the AI Coach powered by OpenAI is stored on our servers so you can access it in the future.
2. Storage and Security
Your personal data is stored on a server hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Singapore. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access and maintain its confidentiality.
3. Sharing with OpenAI
AI Job Interview Coach uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT model to provide AI-powered coaching. When you interact with the AI Coach, your chat data (including all personal information you share in your messages) may be shared with OpenAI for processing. We do not share from our side any other personal information with OpenAI. Please refrain from sharing any personal or confidential information during chat conversations that you do not wish to also be shared with OpenAI.
4. Consent
By using AI Job Interview Coach, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in this Data Privacy Policy. Additionally, you acknowledge and accept OpenAI’s privacy policy, which covers the processing of your chat data.
5. In-App Purchases
For in-app purchases of additional tokens, we utilize the respective in-app purchase functionality provided by the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The payment details are processed by these platforms, and we do not have access to your payment information.
